I have had many repairs, plumbing and construction work in my home over the years. Until your staff worked in my home, I never had anyone take such care in their work to make sure everything was repaired perfectly. The floors and furniture were completely covered by your workers and everyone wore shoe covers so as to keep my house clean. No one else ever did this before. Other workers would just make a mess and leave it. Your people do the opposite and also take the garbage out!

You solved the problem of my shower leak that I had for two years. Others told me to rip up the tile floor to see why I had a leak to the floor below. You refused to accept that without investigating yourself. You spent time pouring water in the shower to see what area was causing the leak. You were so clever to discover what others couldn’t – the area under the door saddle was left unsealed by the original contractor.
